My latest nickname is hungry, hungry hippo.
I think it is because I like to eat all the time - and not marbles like you
might be thinking! Anyway, last night I thought I'd play a trick on
Mommy and Daddy so I woke them up three times complaining that I was hungry!
You should have seen how tired Mommy looked as she stumbled into my room at
1:30 a.m., 3:30 a.m. and again at 6:30 a.m. - it was so funny!
On Wednesday I turned over on my side to grab my
ladybug toy! Mommy was so excited that she called Daddy and left him a
message at work.
On Thursday I opened my
first savings account!
The bank gave me a piggy bank and everything.

Weeks)
I like when Mommy reads to me. Today I
decided to help hold the book open. I tried turning pages but it didn't
work out too well. I also started really chatting and squealing this
week. Mommy recorded me on her pda...take
a listen (.wav file).

Weeks) Well, I enjoyed my very first
Hanukkah. I like to watch the fire atop the candles and listen to the
sound of crinkled wrapping paper. Wilson gave me a Super Deluxe
Gymini! It is so fun - I can play with the dangling toys forever!
My favorite dangling toy is the parrot. Today I realized that there is
a mirror attached to the side and I stared at the baby I saw inside it.
She is a really cute baby!
On Friday, I did a pretty
amazing thing - I transferred! I was holding zebra cow in my right
hand and decided to transfer it over to my left. It was probably just
luck since it is a bit early for me to reach this developmental milestone.

Weeks)
Mommy finally figured out how
to keep me happy during tummy time...place me on the Boppy. This way I
can look around and check out whatever Wilson is doing. Today at
exercise class I got to have tummy time on the large exercise ball. It
was fun but not nearly as fun as looking at the other babies in class.
On Monday, I got a new chien from some of Mommy and Daddy's friends the
Flinns. Wilson is SO jealous!
I have named her Ch. Lady Cottington or Lady for short. Check out my
photo section for pictures of her - she's so beautiful!

I am getting quite the
personality! I am really happy most of the time. I am starting
to laugh and I scrunch up my nose when I smile. I love to blow bubbles
with my spit. Lately I prefer my thumb to the pacifier.
